& Responsibilities

You will receive the training and mentoring
needed to earn your promotion to Career Agent by producing $24,000
Annual Premium. The
average Rookie will accomplish this and be promoted to Career Agent
within 1 to 2 weeks after training.

Career Agent Opportunities
& Responsibilities

Your commissions increase tremendously once promoted to Career Agent.

Management Trainee
Opportunities & Responsibilities:

Ability to recruit and produce sales with a new rookie
agent watching.

You will receive the training needed to
prepare for a direct appointment to Unit Manager if qualified. The
average trainee will transition to a Unit Management position in 2 to 4
months after entering the position.

This is a 1099 Sales position.
Unit Manager Opportunities & Responsibilities
-
Ability to produce sales while training new rookies and career agents to
produce.

Ability to recruit, train and develop rookie and career agents while receiving an override on their production.

You will receive the training needed to prepare for a direct appointment to Agency Manager, if
desired and if qualified. The average trainee who desires and is qualified
will transition to an Agency Management position in 6 to 12 months after
entering the position.

Agency Management
Opportunities & Responsibilities:

100% Recruiting, training, and development of
new agents. No personal production required.

Train, instruct and mentor new and experienced
agents, Management Trainees and Unit Managers while receiving an
override on total agency production.

Forecast, manage and grow sales office.

Involved with P&L, day to day operations as
well as field reporting and control of agency.

Responsible for a variety of marketing and
training initiatives.

Take a leading role in the growth and
production of the office including recruitment, sales, new business
development and client retention. Actively build and enhance the local
agency.

This is a 1099 Sales position.
Vice President of Marketing
Opportunities & Responsibilities:

This is a traveling position. You
will travel virtually every - week three to five days.

100% recruiting, training, and developing
Agencies nationally. No personal production required.

Train, instruct and mentor new and experienced
agents, Management Trainees, Unit Managers and especially Agency
Managers.

Manage and grow sales nationally.

Responsible for Profit and Loss.

Requirements
What is the process to becoming an Assurecor Rookie and then Career Agent?
Successfully obtaining Life
and Health Insurance license, various background checks, performance
evaluations, and interviews are all part of the approval process. These
steps help the candidate, and Assurecor, decide if the agent career is right
for them.
Training consists of educational and field experiences designed to provide
the core skills, knowledge, and personal characteristics needed to be
effective Assurecor agents. New agents will be coached and evaluated often
by their Unit Manager.
Requirements for Management
Trainees:

Producers that have made over $40K in take
home commission in one-call sales environments or successful Career Health
Agents, Life Agents or Financial Advisors looking to take their careers
to the next level.

Mandatory Life and Health License (L&H).
-
Management experience in or out of the
industry is a plus.
-
Knowledge and experience in health insurance,
life insurance, or annuities is a plus.

advancement

Desire to take the next step to becoming a
field sales Unit Manager

Must meet minimum quota within probation period
Requirements for direct
appointment to
Unit Manager:

Two years of Health Insurance sales experience
with a proven track record of success.
